Return Policy

All sales are final.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns/exchanges at any time.

For items classified as faulty or damaged, Clover Museum must be notified within 72 hours of Invoice. Please contact info@clovermuseum.com to initiate an exchange or return. Packages sent without notice will not be accepted.

Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached. Clover Museum must receive the items within 14 days of return authorization. All return shipments are to be held responsible by the customer. Orders may not be cancelled. Please review all purchases carefully before submitting a payment.

Shipping Policy

In an effort to be as environmentally friendly as possible and eliminate waste, all of our products are made to order. Please allow upwards of 2 - 4 weeks for shipping and processing. Thank you for understanding.
